Boulder Opal is a good example of why I want the core taxonomy on the site. “Gen 4” tells me it is foam-primary, but it does not tell me how it behaves; Six Zero is using a solid foam core plus a Power Gel layer rather than simply copying an EPP/EVA ring recipe. I want to compare that after break-in, not assume all full-foam paddles belong in one bucket.
