The Jade is the calmer, more progressive choice, not a hotter Q2. Mine softened around ten hours while keeping its hollow character. Spin was the standout. After changing the weight distribution, I enjoyed it much more on blocks and resets, but I would still compare the later-batch Fuse before paying the premium.

The Jade is not the upgrade I would buy for more Q2 power. It is the softer, more progressive option, with spin as the standout. Mine softened noticeably around ten hours without losing its hollow character. Once I changed the weighting, blocks and resets became much more predictable. There is still a slightly dead patch right at the top, and compact counters ask for more of my own input than Q2. The later-batch Fuse is the value comparison I would make before paying the premium.

FROM MY REVIEWS AND REPLIES
Here is what the sheet cannot tell you.
Review feel: Soft / hollow
Jade first impressions around ten hours and the later reply about a future 40–50 hour check. Stock and customized setup are separate.
Court notes
The finished setup is not the stock paddle
My review measured 7.81 oz, 115.1 SW, 6.18 TW and 247 mm stock; the customized result was 8.22 oz, 117.6 SW, 6.74 TW and 243 mm. Lower-side weight and a little at 2/10 improved the usable response. That final layout is not a universal starting dose; begin with 3 g total if needed and remeasure.
I liked its spin alongside Coral Pro and Jelly Bean 2, but my latest reply still promised a later 40–50 hour follow-up. That checkpoint has not become a completed result just because it appears in the discussion.

THE NUMBERS IN CONTEXT
A picture of the tradeoffs
Each line runs from the lowest to the highest measured elongated paddle, and the grey tick marks the median. A higher rank is not always better. How I measure · Analysis across all paddles
SHAPE AND SETUP
How I would approach this paddle.
Elongated · Not specified
Dimensions incomplete
The elongated footprint gives you the long-face option. Reach can be useful on serves, drives and stretched volleys, but the measured SW tells you more about swing effort than the shape name alone.
Start with a reason to add weight.
Start stock and establish a complete SW/TW baseline before deciding where extra weight belongs. A missing stability reading is not a reason to add weight blindly.
3 g total adds 0.106 oz before grips or edge tape. Placement changes rotational inertia. No post-weight SW or TW is invented here.
THE SURFACE QUESTION
Fresh spin is only the starting point.
SICmatrix
A verified retention result for this exact version is not linked here. I would want the surface revision and a documented wear test or a meaningful real-play checkpoint before paying extra specifically for grit life.

What else would I put next to it?
The nearest 2025 and 2026 non-foam-core paddles of the same shape, using power, pop, spin, SW and TW together. Differences are the option minus this paddle.
A complete set of five measurements is needed to find close same-shape alternatives.
The cheaper comparison I would make
A complete set of five measurements is needed to find close same-shape alternatives with a price at least $10 lower.
Comparison bands: 1 mph power, 1 mph pop, 75 rpm spin, 3 SW and 0.2 TW. Similar readings are a reason to compare, not proof of the same feel. Affiliate links never affect the order. How alternatives are chosen.
