THE PLAYING STORY
Here is the part I would pay attention to.
The stock setup is 115.2 SW and 6.21 TW. Those numbers sit closer to the middle of this shape group, so neither unusually low swing effort nor exceptional lateral stability is the obvious selling point. I would use the demo to decide whether the feel and face response justify choosing it over similarly measured options.
Fresh spin is 2,217 rpm, against a same-shape median of 2,150 rpm. That is a starting-surface reading. What I care about next is how much bite remains after actual sessions, especially if the paddle is bought for heavy topspin. I will keep updating that part through real play.
Put it on your list if
- You want the stronger full-swing pace readings in this shape group.
- You like more response on compact punches and counters.
- You want to keep the paddle price around $130 or less.
The tradeoff I would check
- Test how easily you can take pace off the ball; serve speed does not measure reset control.
- Spend time on short blocks and resets before buying for the pop alone.
Read from my measurements against 108 measured elongated paddles. My court notes for this paddle are in the profile above.
