My thoughts on the other shapes
Using my written notes for Enhance MPP Turbo Hybrid ArmorGrit as the starting point. The fuller court notes are above; this comparison explains the differences within the series.
My usual approach is to put most hours into one main shape, then spend shorter comparison sessions with the other shapes. Shared core, different footprint: length, width, handle and aero/flat-top outline can change how the platform plays. Testing depth and recorded checkpoints remain specific to each sample.
What this shape brings to the series
The elongated is the one I would look at for reach and a heavier full swing. Within a similar build, I usually expect more drive/serve leverage but less instant punch pop than the shorter shapes. The narrower face can ask for cleaner contact, with less lateral forgiveness and a smaller control margin when a reset catches the outer face. That is a tendency to check, not a reason to ignore this sample’s readings.
What these samples actually show
This sample records 58.7 mph serve power versus 58.4 mph on MPP Turbo Hybrid ArmorGrit: 0.3 mph higher. That is a small recorded gap, not a different class of paddle. This sample records 36.4 mph punch pop versus 37.2 mph on MPP Turbo Hybrid ArmorGrit: 0.8 mph lower. That is a small recorded gap, not a different class of paddle. The handling comparison is 114.1 versus 110.7 SW; use that to check swing effort rather than assuming the longer shape is always heavier to move. Twistweight is 6.53 versus 6.91. That describes resistance to twisting, not a measured sweet-spot area or a control score.
The outline and handle still matter
This page is elongated / Flat-top; the review reference is hybrid / Flat-top. A shared series name does not mean identical dimensions or handle room.
The setup I would try
If the elongated twists on lateral misses, I would try 3 g total at 3 and 9, split 1.5 g per side, before loading the tip. That can add stability, but it also adds swing effort. Play a session and remeasure SW/TW; it does not guarantee a specific sweet-spot gain.
Reference notes: MPP Turbo Hybrid ArmorGrit
The Hybrid is the ArmorGrit shape I keep coming back to. After 20+ hours, the story is more than a surface change: easier offense, a more uniform face and a stock setup that already feels complete. It starts firmer, then opens up around 6–7 hours into a softer, more connected hit. Less deep thonk than the original, yes; an absolutely stiff paddle, no.

Compare these versions side by side →Shape tendencies guide the buying discussion, not new mph, RPM, control ratings or PPI inputs. The reviewed sample’s hours, finished weight setup and surface-retention result stay with that sample. How shape guidance works.
Compare the actual readings within this series and thickness. Longer, wider, flat-top and aero versions are not interchangeable.
